Returns
What is your returns policy?
To avoid overproduction, all articles are produced once they are ordered especially for you.
If there is something wrong with your articles or if you don't like them, you can return them within 14 days from the delivery date. Please let us know if there is anything wrong with the order or if you are unhappy by contacting us at contact@ame-atelier.com. Return costs must be paid by you.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers who send their articles back within 14 days after delivery date. If you received wrong or damaged articles, please contact us at contact@ame-atelier.com with photos of wrong/damaged articles and we’ll sort that out for you.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before we start crafting your pieces. To do so, please send us an email at contact@ame-atelier.com. Once your pieces are in production, it's not longer possible to cancel your order.
Can I exchange an articles for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts. We have one for every articles listed on our shop, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an article you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at contact@ame-atelier.com within 1 week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled articles, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the articles is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong articles, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your articles must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
